Extraction works best on clear, well-lit images where the date and time are readable. Try retaking the photo closer to the text, or use the type-it-in composer on the Home screen — it understands natural language like "Dinner with Sam Friday 7pm at Luigi's".
Check that Pluck has calendar permission (system Settings → Pluck) and that a default calendar is selected in Pluck's Settings. On iOS, a Google calendar only appears if the Google account is added in iOS Settings → Apps → Calendar.
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from: App Store → your Apple account → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Use "Restore purchases" in Pluck's paywall after reinstalling or switching devices.
The free tier includes 3 plucks per day and resets at midnight. Pluck Pro removes the limit.
